Which NHL arenas have you seen games in?
I've been to NHL games at HSBC Arena, GM Place, Continental Airlines Arena, Mellon Arena and the prison with ice known as Buffalo's Memorial Auditorium; a college hockey tournament at the Joe; concerts at the ACC and HSBC Arena; and a Sens practice at Scotiabank Place. I'm going to the TD Banknorth Garden this weekend for the Sens/Bruins game and am hoping to catch a Sens playoff game at Scotiabank Place. Next year, I'm hoping to see games at MSG, the ACC (if I can get tickets before they sell out) and Scotiabank Place. What about y'all?

- Only Mellon Arena; the only away game I have been to was in Ralph Wilson Stadium
- I've seen numerous games at the St Pete Times Forum where the Lightning play. The building seats 19,700 or so and during the playoffs it gets rockin. That and it adds another 2 to 3000 people with standing room. too bad they suck this year. I also saw the Lightning play in the Thunderdome (today's Tropicana Field where the MLB Rays play) in '92 or '93. It wasn't the best of venues cause it was so big and not intimate. On the other hand it was cool cause they had a NHL experience type setup on the other side of the portable seats for the crowd to participate in. I've also been to the Mellon in Pittsburgh, but it wasn't for a hockey game. It seemed ok to watch a game, but lacked the modern things a great arena has and they will have in 2010.
- you should go to a minnesota wild game at the X ! you will never experience a game like that! you are enertained the whole game ....even during periods they crowd is HUGE! they have never not have a game that wasnt sold out! we are the TEAM OF 18,000 THE STATE OF HOCKEY!
