Prudential Center?

What do you guys think so far about the Prudential Center (Newark Arena)? The Devils will play there next season. I think that they should stay at Continental Airlines Arena b/c i dont really see anything wrong with it.

1. There is a lot of history at the CAA... I'd like to see them stay there, as it is a perfectly good building...
2. It's all about the benjamin's..... or as Bettman calls it... REVENUE... and luxury suites etc....
3. The CAA is not nice enough to bring in the revenue that the Devils need to compete with the Rangers and Islanders in the NYC market. The new arena looks really nice, like all new arenas are now, with all the luxuries, and an overall design that doesn't look like a big block of conrete. The new arena is half-done, staying at their old crappy building isn't really an option. And "The Rock" isn't a bad nickname for an arena.
4. CAA is outdated, like the Coliseum. The views are great but it stinks if you're in the last row and have to walk all the way up... talk about a fire hazard! Even MSG is getting outdated compared to many of the new arenas.
