1. I just flew on Continental to The Netherlands myself. Pretty sure its 2 checked baggages and 1 carry on. The carry on should not exceed 22 inches x 17.5 inches x 9.85 inches My carry-on was smaller than the above dimensions just to be safe.
2. Two check in luggage max 50 lb or 22kg each,one carry on max 20 lb or 9 kg.
