Continental Airline Tickets

i have a flight w/ continental airlines 1st wk of May. Chance flights will still be canceled by then?

1. Right now I think they were just cancelling American Airlines flights.. My parents have a flight with Continental tomorrow and they are not cancelled.
2. I don't think Continental has had major issues with any of their aircraft yet, but the FAA inspections that are grounding planes are supposed to continue until June 30. Check the flight status immediately upon arriving at the airport, and if your flight was cancelled, go to the appropriate service counter for your airline to get rebooked/reimbursed.
3. You should be fine. Hopefully most of this will be resolved within the next few weeks. While there were a few airlines in addition to American that canceled flights continental was not one of them. From what I read continental was one of the few that passed inspection.
