What car to get?

Ime 17 and I live in England. I am getting my 1st car and I don't know what car to get. My father gave me 4 options. porsche kayene jeep, marcedese gl500, bentley continental gt speed or a cadillac escalade. I like all 4 cars and I just need some advice on which one to get, which one won't go down in value very quickly and which one is easier to drive and looks more prestigious? Thanks! :)
