Can I use a cell phone while in the air flying on Continental Airlines?

Send text messages and/or talk?

1. No. All cell phones, and any other devices that send/recieve signals (blackberry, radio,etc) must be turned off once the plane starts push-back for departure, until arrival at the gate.
2. No. Federal regulations forbid the use of all wireless devices on an airliner. If caught, you may be met at the gate upon landing by local cops.
3. No you can not.
4. No. All cellphones have to be turned off when taking off, in the air, and landing.
