Descending dry continental air sometimes cause Forest Fire, and the spread of BIRDS FLU virus?

It has been known to Meteorologists that air will be descending from HIGH pressure. The descending air when starts descending it gets compressed and thus heats the region up.Perhaps it is the reason for the sudden shoot up of temperature in a particular place. However as the air descends it dries up every thing . It sucks the moiture and dries up the leaves. When the air becomes DRY, the composition of air gets altered i.e no moisture is present and apart from inert gases OXYGEN tries to predominate inthe dry air. In the dried up condition, by virtue of the descending and compressed air, the oxygen domination triggers ignition easily and becomes the cauase for FIRE and /or FOREST FIRE. When the descending air is too cold and when it prevails at a particular place for sometime, it brings virus which spreads respiratory diseases and diseases like chikenpox smallpox and even AVION BIRD FLU. I want this to be proved. Medical science experts and and envionmentalist must clear

  1. Ok, I agree dry air can assist a fire. Dry air it self will not cause a forest fire. Dry air will remove moisture from plant causing the plant to be drier and more capable of combustion. But dry air causing forest fires. NO I have heard of warm air and cold air creating lightning, which has started forest fires. The bird flu virus, I know nothing. But, I CAN LEARN !!
  2. ...No. You have to be within sneezing range in order to get it. Avian Influenza not something that floats on air; it needs a host organism to survive.
  3. i agree with the above answer... its now spread to the UK
  4. Avian bird flu can only be contracted at this point in time by coming into contact with infected birds as was the case in Asia. It can't be spread from air that has blown in from however many miles away or by a forest fire...
