Continental Airline Tickets

Can i get cold air intake or ram air on my 1979 lincoln continental?

The lincoln is sweet but slow and I want it to be a sleeper, keep the outside mostly original. I have the 400, not the 460 engine. If I can't get ram air or cold air intake, what could I get to give me more horse power?
