What is the best source for finding cheap air travel within the continental US?

2. sidestep.com is the best site i have ever used for US flights.

4. I have not found one site that gives me consistently cheaper rates than the others. You're just going to have to look around. When you pick out a flight you want, be sure to check that airline's web site to see if you can get the same flight for a bit cheaper.
