Are rear suspension air bags from a 1997 lincoln mark viii compatible with a 1995 lincoln continental?

i have a 97 mark viii and im converting the air suspension to coil, but my friend needs airbags for the rear of his continetal an dmine are in good condition. do u know if it will fit his 95 contintental or not?

1. no they will not fit,end of story.......
2. No they will not. They are similar in the last years of Continental production, after the Mk VIII had ceased production in 1998, but they are not compatible with a 1995 model, sorry. Neither is the air compressor.
3. you are going to depreciate the value of your mark by a lot if you convert it over i buy Lincolns and have for over twenty years i currently have 5 from the 1970's to 1990's and i will not buy one that has been converted nothing worse then buying a nice expensive car from a poor man that's how it is perceived.
