Which tires do you think for my 2006 Mercedes E350 4matic?

What tires do you suggest? I am looking for the smoothest ride possible. My car came with Continental tires which I like a lot but am open to suggestion. Right now I am looking at a set of 4 Toyo Proxes 4 245/45 ZR17 99W RF All Season Thanks
