BECAUSE AMERICAN AIRLINES FLIGHT TO PUERTO PLATA, WITH A STOPOVER IN SAN JUAN, LEFT ONE HOUR LATE, I MISSED THE CONNECTING FLIGHT AND WAS STRANDED FOR 24 HRS IN SAN JUAN. AMERICAN AIRLINES SAYS THAT THEY R NOT LIABLE AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANY COMPENSATIONS. R THEY WRIGHT?
