  1. Nothing more!Well done!
  2. I think he likes you.
  3. nothing you can't satisfy some people. Sorry you had to deal with that. I can feel your pain - I work for an attorney.
  4. some people are just crazy... i mean literally insane.
  5. There's nothing more you could have done. Some people just think everything is one big conspiracy. I've got some horror stories along the same lines myself. Best thing to do is just laugh about it when the client leaves. :)
  6. there was nothin more u could have done he probably had short term memory. just give him the # to the airline and tell him to take it up with them.
  7. Ask him to leave. Remember, We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
  8. Sounds like you should call the local mental health people. This guy is unbablanced. Sounds like he has delusions.
  9. You did what you needed to do. Don't take it personally. You were kind and offered him comfort but he refused. This man is mad at the system, mad at the world. Nothing you can do, light of giving him free airfare, is going to make him happy. If he keeps coming in and harassing you, you need to report it to someone. Who knows how violent he may become. Best Wishes and Have a great weekend!
  10. nothing, you did well enough to put up with his attitude for that long. I would have just asked him to leave unless he behaves himself and called security or something. He should understand that prices fluctuate and become more expensive during peak holiday times. I guess you could have explained that to him. He can't just wait and expect them to go down.
  11. So what's the problem? Are you in trouble for not having made his reservation when you say he specifically told you not to (at that time)? I don't get the issue...sounds to me, from your account, that you did all you could have and should have...he needs to take some blood pressure medication and get a grip.
  12. If you do book him a ticket somewhere....just make sure it's a one way! ;)
  13. I worked at an online agency and an office for over 6 years. It always amazed me how many people EXPECTED these great airfares for every flight they went on. They did not take into account the time of year, cost and demand or the rules for the airfares. Some people just insist that the airlines must obviously be trying to steal from them if they cannot get the airfare they want. Sorry that you had to deal with this, but it might be time if he comes in again to tell him he needs to at least pay the service fee if he is going to take your time on a regular basis to check airfares. Your time is valuable. He may not pay it, he may pay it, or he may never come back again, any way you look at it though you come out ahead. Also ask him what price he is looking for, his expectations may be completely unreasonable. Good luck.
  14. You couldn't have done anything else for him. Next time he comes in, you can ask him to leave. You have the right to refuse service to anyone.
  15. Tell him on his face tht the airline prices keep on changing and cannot guarantee them if he books them now only then he will get lower price.... Tell him tht if he does not inform u to make the reservation, u cannot book him on flights....
  16. You need to know about this http://www.earnvacations.com/Freedom and talk to people who want to have fun in life and have great attitudes. Then, you have smiling people to treat you like your an angel for introducing them to a better quality of life.
  17. Clearly you should politely refuse to deal any further with an abusive customer and call your supervisor for assistance.
  18. I work in a call center. I understand how you feel and people just have some attitude problem that they need to deal with. But I like your patience.
  19. the man is sick, babe! forget him!
  20. ok - retail business can be a real pain and I would not want to explain airline prices as rational thought either... HOWEVER - the bigger issue is this - - If you are taking care of customers, there will be a certain % that are rude and a certain % that are total wackos and nasty too - - the majority of the customers that you wait on are probably very nice, many quite lovely - and yet, you take this lunatic home with you.. obviously he upset you, and I would be upset too, but try and let the a**holes go and carry the nice ones home in your thoughts.. best to you..
