Can I take a closed case of beer to Aruba with me?

I am traveling to Aruba from Canada on American Airlines. Can I check a closed case of beer in my baggage for consumption while on vacation? I believe that it is allowed according to AA but I am not sure about customs regulations for Aruba.

1. Customs generally won't allow it. The only way it would be allowed was if it was Duty Free and you were going back home to the US. Check the Aruba customs out and see what it says about alcoholic beverages. There are some countries that won't allow certain foods or beverages because the packaging could damage a delicate eco system. Again, check it out.
