Continental Airline Tickets

Continental airlines, anyone else had a bad experience with them?

My husband and I had to spend the night in Newark airport with our 8 year old daughter, sleeping on the floor when continental messed up. We were trying to get home to UK. Anyone else had a bad experience with continental. Silentnonrev's-thank you that letter is so funny, and it made my experience seem trivial.

1. Not yet, but thats who we are probably flying with to Cozumel... YIKES! I'm not sleeping on a floor, I guess I'll be swimming! Sorry you had a bad experience, I've always had a bad experiences with all airlines...some worse then others...
2. I have flown with them a few times and I haven't had any problems. I have had problems with other airlines however. Someone broke into my luggage when I used Delta.
3. truly, no. They are the only airline domestic US anymore who will give you something to eat at mealtime, and I have never run into anybody more than averagely snarky (something I can't say about my friends at the big AA or UA).
