How do you make a specific airline for Flight Simulator?

I have seen like a thousand videos of airlines, real airlines, like US Airways, on Flight Simulator 2004- a century of flight, and I was wondering how you apply the color skeme to the aircraft, so I can fly my very own US Airways plane.
