Does Continental Airlines pay regional differential pay to their management employees who work in Florida?

1. Probably not, since Florida has no state income tax. Conceivably it's cheaper to live in Florida, Texas, and Nevada since there's no state income tax.
2. As compared to where? Typically it is based on cost of living. The Managers in the Newark Area probably make more then Houston. Florida would probably be in the middle.
