Would you say that An airline meal during flight important to you?Does inflight meal service determine which airline you fly?for instance would you not fly a certain airline because they dont feed you vs one that does?

1. It certainly could stop hunger. Some meals taste so bad that they make you feel weird when your done, so that matters. Airline meals are pretty much the same for me, so I don't know.
2. Continental still serves a snack on US domestic flights. All else being equal, why not get a free meal?
3. No, not really! I fly with the same airline all the time anyway. Whatever they have or not have is what I get. It's just a ride from point A to point B! I do fly a lot overseas and have a Platinum or sometimes only a Gold card, so I often get free upgrades for many short flights anyway! It pays to be a loyal customer! With the free upgrades to first class they almost always have some sort of snack anyway. If I am in coach and the ride is not long who cares if they have food or not? I always have cookies or something like that in my bag anyway if I have an urge to eat something. Some airlines sell snacks too!

5. it usually depends on the distance and time of the flight. Usually, meals are only served on flights lasting longer than 4 hours. and yes if it is long enough, a meal is very important to me.
