Continental Airline Tickets

How much is it to fly my dog overseas and on what airline?

Hi, I have a 3 kilo 6 month old puppy, and I'm trying to fly him to Newark or JFK, USA from Charles de Gaulle (Paris) in December. He would be flying alone because I already booked my ticket for Continental and they don't allow animals in the cabin and to put him in cargo, they want 770 EURO one way. Also, Air France wants 550 euro one way. So does anyone know which airline I should use? Any Suggestions????

1. Bringing a dog into the US is a big deal. You need paperwork from the US agricultural department. The dog is probably going to be quarantined upon arrival. You chances of bringing the dog in the passenger cabin are zilch.
