What do I have to do to sell airline tickets?

If I wanted to sell airline tickets, to travel overseas, what would I have to do? I am planning on selling tickets for Hajj. 1. You will need an airline. If you can't get one of those you will need a travel agent's licence. If you can deliver a lot of passengers to a licensed agent you may be able to do a deal.
