How can I get a passenger list for Continental Flight 3407?

How can I get a passenger list for Continental Flight 3407? I tried calling the 800 number and they will not give me any information because I am "not a family member" of a passenger. My sister can not get a hold of her boyfriend (they have been dating for only 4 months). She does not know any of his family because they live out of state. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!

3. You can't. Families only...but if they were dating he must have told her what flight he was on....... A sad story was a widow from 9-11 was killed . He husband died on the 98 th floor of the WTC. How horrible for everyone on board. God bless them.

5. They are releasing the names of victums as they are released. So far Mary Petty, Susan Wehle, Maddy Loftus, Jerome Krasuski, Beverly Eckert and two members of Chuch Mangiones band that was to give a concert here in Buffalo tonight.

8. Go to BuffaloNews.com and they are keeping an up to date list. The names have not all been released and it seems they are going in batches. I live in the flight path a mile from the crash and lost my next door neighbor and a former sales rep down the street who I worked with for a couple of years. I hope everyone is safe for you.
