You're a schmuck, and I mean that in the nicest way.
I'll ignore the 'woman pilot' comment, but we have no idea what happened. From what I heard on the news a little while ago, the pilot and tower were talking one second and no sign of trouble, then the next the tower lost contact, and was even asking another plane to look around and see if he could see the plane. There was no sign of trouble from the pilot's communication, they were talking about which runway to take, then nothing.
He is that anal retentive perfectionist type that everyone likes to ridicule until their life is in his hands. God bless him.
The out come would have been the same, Something happened to the plane and it dive bomb the right threw the roof/ All the people on the plane died

The difference is flight 3407 didn't have a river beneath it, they had a neighborhood instead. Also, 3407 had its wings on the top, not the bottom. If flight 3407 had landed in the water, it wouldn't have faired as well as Sully's plane did. Oh, and you are an idiot.
disagree with the sexist comment however, i doubt that would change much if you listen to the recording, captain sully's plane lost power on both engines, but had still had time and space to glide down safely into the hudson below.. i think flight 3407 fell and crashed into a house in a matter of seconds.. unfortunate event
If Captain Sully had been the Captain of that flight, he would have crash landed Flight 3407 into a nearby pool (some of those houses must have pools), and saved everyone! Now, about your women pilots remark. It was the autopilot, not a woman pilot who was flying. Had a woman pilot been attentive at the controls, she too would have found a nearby pool to land in, and even did a better job than Sully at saving everyone!
