Continental Airline Tickets

Can illegal aliens fly from one city to another within the US?

I have lots of friends that have been in the United States for several years. They have their ITIN numbers and matricular cards but they are not citizens. They are still considered to be illegals. I want to know if they can use our public airway systems to fly from one location to another within the continental United States.

  1. Not unless they have some type of US ID( Driver's or State ID). I know from experience. You can't travel with your country's passport unless you have an active visa.
  2. As long as they have some for of ID, not a problem. Even a foreign passport.
  3. yes..
  4. No. Well, they could try, but if they get caught (which is likely), they might face deportation. Are they really here illegally, though? There are different types of visas - not all foreigners came into the country illegally.
  5. It used to be that any ID was sufficient, the ID was for airline liability they had to know who was on board the plane. You should tell them to be careful now, though, as things are changing. It should be a really important trip for them to risk flying now.
  6. yes they can if they have a passport or some type of drives license or leagal id card.
  7. They won't even let them on the plans they always do checks
  8. If they are illegal they aren't even supposed to be IN the US. They need a government issued picture ID to get past security, too.
  9. if illegals get on planes, they send them right back to mexico. dirty thieves. www.grassfire.org sign the petition stop the invasion
  10. They can if they have valid ID....
