- Well I actually work for Continental. You would receive an in-flight meal, and depending on the aircraft their may be a movie playing. Also, a blanket. And if you are 21 you can purchase drinks if you'd like. (this all changes if your 1st class)
- I flew with them to Houston and to my surprise I found them very good...their certainly a lot better than Britsh Airways.
- Some of their pilots are idiots, and don't know how to respond to a "stick shaker" indication (from the Q4000 crash in NY). Personally I have never flown with them, but I head their service was horrible.
- I flew them long haul, and on the way over was pleasantly surprised by an acceptable meal, great inflight entertainment, and funny, kind staff. They return trip proved different- our purser treated us with outright disdain and disrespect, refusing to change our seats due to a PTV malfunction after we had waited for an hour to see her. She told us that is was unfair to ask two people in a row with an available seat (we were traveling with three people) to move to our row. She was totally unclear about why, and it would have given them an empty seat between them and a window... The food was equally horrible. Domestic, it is like any other U.S. airline- hit and miss flight attendants (they're either friendly or tart), dirty plane/seats, and minimal beverage/food service. No travel pack unless you're in BusinessFirst, though you can buy a severly overpriced pack in stores around the airport (but one online.)
