continental arlines buddy passes?

okayy. my daddy works for continental arlines and my entire family and i get tickets for our flights for free. im pretty shure thats called a buddy pass or something like that. correct me if im wrong. anyways. we r going to miami and i really want my friend to come with us. will she have to pay for her own ticket or is it possible that we can add her to the list so she wont have to pay. ? pleasee answerr !! thankss soo muchh

  1. Hi, I also work for Continental and you're correct, they're called Buddy Passes. Sometimes they're also called ePasses. When your daddy books the standy-by ticket or Buddy Pass for your friend there will be a fee that is charged each time your friend actually flies. The fee ($100 each way) will either be paid for with a credit/debit card or will be deducted from your father's paycheck. There will be taxes/fees also above that and your daddy will also pay income tax for the Buddy Pass(es). For travel outside the USA and/or this hemisphere the amounts go up even more.
