Continental Airline Tickets

In flight entertainment/movie on continental flight $6?

When I check online it says for my flight: In-seat television with 35 channels of DIRECTV® and 4 pay-per-view movie channels. Complimentary in First and available for $6 in the main cabin. However, when I called Continental they have no idea what this $6 is for. Headsets they say are $5 and they can't even see if there's inflight movies or not on their system. Anyone know about this?
