- BA
- British
- British Airlines sounds more pink woman, Continental is a man. Bring some luggage.
- i say continental they feed you =)
- I have flown both to the UK and British Airways is more friendly and more apt to hand out free stuff: free salmon, wine, liquor, etc. Don't know about the safety stuff, but I'm sure that British safety standards are comparable or better than US standards.
- I would go with britich airways. their awesome. continential are good and probs sfe but im going with ba
- If you are flying across the ocean, I would assume BA's fleet would be newer, but that does not always translate into more safe. I personally would fly BA instead of Continental, because they are partner airlines with American Airlines, which I like. All airplanes are safe, and you are more safe flying than driving! safe travels
- I've used both of them, had a problem with my luggage with British Airways (the Heathrow Airport Fiasco was the problem I believe). They reimbursed me every penny I spent and for what I didn't receive. I believe most other airlines would not have done that well. I always liked flying with British Airways, they are very professional and the food is better than the other airlines I've used. I used them 5 times.
- British Airways. Continental always, no matter where you are flying to, make everyone change planes in Newark. I know their headquarters are in Newark, but it really is not necessary to put people to the inconvenience of having to change flights.
- Both are excellent airlines. I haven't been on Continental for a while, do they have personal TV's and Audio Video on demand? BA has. I would choose the one with the best price.
- Continental is good. I am not sure about British Airways.
- contential ... great service .... and they feed you and the food isn't that bad ;)
- i've never been on british air ways but have been on continental. they give you free food or atleast they did when i flew with them in 2006. the seats were comfortable and it was safe. they play movies but all planes do that. lol @ the newark answer haha =p [connecting flight from boston to phoenix was in newark for 6 hours]
- Bean; British Airways make everyone change flights in London so whats your point?
