FAA in the Constitution?

Under what amendment or Clause of Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution is government regulation allowed in airline travel, such as with the FAA and allow Americans to travel anywhere in the country?

Public Comments

  1. Interstate travel (for hire) would be regulated under the interstate commerce clause. One could travel by car (bike, horse, foot, etc.) and not be subject to FAA regulations. Only when one pays (commerce) for transit is it regulated.
