Where is the ticket office in Changi Airport to book tickets? Does continental airlines operate there?

1. Individual airline's tickets can be purchased at the check in desks of the various airlines that operate out of Changi or from airlines in the same marketing group. It is not like a railway station. Continental does not fly to Singapore.
