Continental Airline Tickets

I have 15 miles in my continental one pass account can I use those for a one way ticket and pay the difference?

1. I am afraid that 15 miles is not very much and will not be enough to get you any reward travel under OnePass, which typically starts at 20,000 miles (one-way). They do allow purchase up to 25% of the miles needed for any reward on Continental Airlines requiring at least 20,000 miles. This would mean that at a minimum your account would need 15,000 miles. Miles are purchased in 1,000-mile increments at $32 (plus tax) per increment and are non-refundable. Sorry.
