Continental Airline Tickets

Can i bring a skateboard, as a carry on, on continental airlines?

im taking a flight on continental airlines on saturday. i want to know if i can bring it on as a carry on because there is a $15 fee to check it in and i dont have a bag to bring it in. i need an answer asap! MY MOM JUST CALLED CONTINENTAL AND THEY SAID I COULD BRING IT AS A CARRY ON.

7. you can bring a carry on bag... put the skateboard in a bag and carry it on :)
8. Yep, but it counts as a carry on. But different airlines might have different rules.
9. Yes you can. Believe it or not, Tony Hawks was on my plane a couple weeks ago. I noticed it was him when he took out his skateboard from his compartment lol.
