1. Dry cold air is brought with a continental polar air mass so it would be cool sunny weather. Any air mass that is continental means it formed over land so it's dry and polar means that it formed in a cool climate. They both bring the same weather in all seasons except the weather that it brings isn't as cold in the summertime as it is in the winter time.
