How much will it cost to check one bag on us airways???!!!!!!!!!?

Im gonna be flying from oakland to houston in march and im just woundering how much it costs to check my one bag on us airways ( and delta cause thats what im taking back!) THNX!!!!!

1. It is posted on their web page, so check. Also, check in online & pay the fee on line and you may save some $, over paying at the airport when you check in.
2. Well, with questions about baggage and costs for any airline its best to look at their website for Baggage Allowances. The Delta Website states: When traveling within the United States, Canada, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Puerto Rico, customers are charged $23 USD/ for the first checked bag and $32 USD for the second checked bag (EACH WAY, for round trip). Plus, There is a $2 USD surcharge on the first checked bag, $3 USD on the second, when checking in via ticket counter, kiosk, or curbside. There is no surcharge for bags prepaid during online check-in at delta.com. So, you save some money by checking in online before you get to the airport.
