How much does it cost for Continental flight insurance and what are the pro's and con's about it?

I'm planning a trip from NJ to Mexico City and was curious about it.

1. Do you mean Trip Insurance? Its good if you anticipate issues with travel delays, illness or weather delays. The downside is the cost and it may not be available for your destination.
