Continental Airline Tickets

How was your experience flying with the Continental airlines?

I'm flying for the first time next month, and I'll be flying with the Continental airlines. For those of you who have also flown with the Continental airlines, I'd like to hear your opinions. Thank you.

1. Well I flew them a few times when they used to be part of the Skyteam Alliance (they switched to star alliance after NWA merged with Delta) and they were a pretty good airline, served good food in First Class and even muffins in coach. I am not sure if anything about it changed when they changed alliances, but I assume it is near the same.
2. I am Platinum on Continental, so I spend a lot of time on their planes. There are two Continentals. The main airline has very good service in both coach and first class. The seats in coach are comfortable, but lack some leg room. Continental also has a regional carrier called Continental Express. They fly small regional jets. They are extremely cramped, but the cabin crews are very good. Have a good trip
