How do you serve in tennis with a continental grip?
I find that whenever I serve with the continental grip, my serves have more spin, but dramatically less power, which is why I tend to use it for a second serve. I know that it's the standard grip for a flat first serve, but I find that hard because it looks so much like a slice serve and I find it much easier to pull off a powerful flat serve with the eastern forehand grip. How do I get more power from the continental grip?
