What is the best cold psi for Continental Tires and Ziex Falken tires?

I have a 2004 Mazda SUV and a 2002 Mazda Protoge; the SUV has Continental tires and the protoge has Ziex Falken tires; the SUV manual does not have any information on inflation nor is there any sticker on the door with any information about tire inflation. The 2002 tires did not come with the car. What is the best cold psi for both tires?

2. The manual has the air pressures somewhere. For the Protege use the Mazda recommended tire pressure listed on the door jam or in the manual.
