Their UK contact details are: Continental Tyre Group Ltd 191 High Street Yiewsley West Drayton Middlesex UB7 7XW Tel: 01895 425900 If you received an e-mail out of the blue or with a different address, I'd be a little suspicious. Especially if you're then asked to pay a "processing fee" or something like that. Why not contact them and ask if it really WAS them who wrote to you?
