Tyres! continental run flat how will they run on my audi a4 1.8t 163 sport?

im needing a set of new front tyres, i currently run continental sport contact 2 on them, but i saw the run flats and was just wondering if anyone had an opinoin on them...thanks

1. they run flat/but they cannot be repaired /soooooooooo a flat is about 7 hundred bucks/the cost of a tire/cant figure out how i have driven all these years without them
