Continental Airline Tickets

Hello. Me and my family are taking this one airline this summer that requires u to pay for baggage. Should we?

OK. So me and my family are going to Serbia this summer. We are planning on flying here from Cleveland to Washington and then to either first London or Munich, then from there to Belgrade, Serbia. The flight from Cleveland to Washington is using Continental Airlines. All the other destinations are using British Airways or JAT Serbian Airlines. On the flight back from Washington to Cleveland, we are using US Airways. Since Continental makes you pay for your baggage, would we have to pay for the baggage to fly out of cleveland? Please help us out. thank you
