Continental Airline Tickets

I need to change airline tickets, how do I use the insuarance I bought on my tickets?

I purchased airline tickets through yahoo travel, but need to change my flights. I bought the insurance offered on the tickets, but the airline states they need to know who the insurance carrier is, they do not have that information. How can I find out who to contact about the insurance?

1. My suggestion would be to contact someone at Yahoo travel or read the policy that you bought. I am sure something must have been included with your tickets when you got them.
