Are continental flights bad?

Were supposed to be flying to Florida for christmas with Virgin but the travel agents have changed ti to continental to save some money, are they crap?

1. They are the same as most other airlines. Virgin has definitely differiciated itself and has its perks, but they are one of the few, most often you will be on a regular airlines. The trip is over before you know it. Bring a sweater or jacket because they always crank the AC.
2. I would probably prefer Virgin over Continental but Continental was voted as best North American legacy airline. However I think pretty much all the legacy airlines are the same in terms of service if you fly within the United States.
