Can I earn continental one pass miles if I paid for both my ticket and my husbands?

  1. That depends upon how you earn the miles. If you are planning on earning the actual flight miles, then no, you won't get them. The flight miles go with the traveler and not the person who paid for the ticket. Since you are a member yourself, you'll earn the flight miles in your account for your ticket but you won't earn any flight miles in your account for your husband's ticket. If you have a One Pass MasterCard and your account earns miles based upon the dollars spent on the card then you will earn the miles for paying for both plane tickets. I believe you get one or two miles for every dollar spent on the card so you would get the requisite miles for paying for both tickets. I hope this helps.
  2. Well, having paid for someone else's ticket won't stop you from collecting mileage credit for your own flights. But mileage goes to the flyer, not the buyer.
