Selling Continental One Pass Miles?

Where can I sell Continental One Pass Miles? I have over 13000 and really need money instead of miles but have no idea where to sell them.

1. Look on the Continental Airlines site. Advertise in your local newspaper, put them up on Craig's List. I don't know if they can be sold as they did not really cost you anything. You can give them to someone on the airlines site, such as a family member or friend and then collect from them. How would you set a cost?
2. Selling OnePass miles is expressly against the terms and conditions of Continental, according to the page below. This often doesn't stop people from selling them anyway, but I'd caution that in your instance, there likely isn't a market for only 13,000 miles in an account. This is not enough to make a redemption of any significance (given that the minimum redemption for a round-trip ticket is typically 25,000 miles), and there is no way for a user to transfer miles from one person to another -- meaning that your miles have little, if any, value to other persons.
3. They are non transferable...........13 K wouldn't get you a coffee at the club...........
