Continental Airlines! What is an Easy Pass and a Saver pass?

I have Continental Airline's One Pass. Are the miles that I have on that, Easy Pass or Saver pass? What is better and what is the difference?

1. Easy Pass rewards require a lot more miles but are easier to get because of expanded availability. Saver Pass rewards require less miles, but seats are limited and are not always available. Saver passes are better, if you can get one.
