  1. F. None of the above. The Second Continental Congress had nothing to do with any of these questions. They were mostly concerned the separation from England. This led to the Declaration of Independence. The above issues were addressed by the Constitutional Convention in 1787. The most important one was "C". George Washington turned down the offer to be the King.
