US airways's Dividend miles can be used on other people?

Does anybody knows if US Airways's dividend miles can be used on other people? I know southwest allows to do this. I am planning to let a family member use my free trip. Thanks for any response.

1. You are definitely allowed to book tickets for other people using your account. You are the Dividend Miles account holder though, so you have to contact US Airways (via phone or online) yourself and book the ticket for the family member. Your family member cannot do it for him/herself, unless you give him/her your account number and password. I hope this helps.
2. Yes you can book a free ticket for someone else. Just call the airline and let them know the name of the person flying, what city they are flying from, where they are going as well as dates of travel.
