does anyone know when Continental Tire will have another promotion?

1. Continental tires are too soft. You should run something else with a stiffer sidewall it will last longer and not be prone to puncture.
2. We are not told in advance when a tire manufacturer will have promotions. The most time we may get is this line: We are in the process of working on some promotions for next month. So we don't relay that to our customers because it may or may not come. Since we are the ones customers deal with we are the ones that look foolish if the promotion doesn't come.
