When is the best time to book Continental Airlines flight tickets?

I am flying from Belfast (Northern Ireland) to Newark in May and returning June.

2. Book as far as you can in advance. And try to make your flight in the middle of the week e.g. Tuesdays or Wednesday as these are often cheaper than if you were to fly on Monday or Friday. Enjoy!!
3. The best time to book is far in advance. Also, book on non prime travel days. So Tues or Wednesday are preferred. Off hours also helps. So late late at night or early in the morning, or in the middle of the day.
