Continental Airline Tickets

Can another adult get a security gate pass to accompany a mother and 1 year old twins to the gate?

Flying Continental with my 1 year old twins and need help juggling everything, and can't carry two one year olds through the metal detector, etc., but not allowed to hand off one of the children to a tsa employee or a stranger.

1. Why don't you call Continental? They should be able to give you that information.
2. most airlines allow that, but check with the specific airline for confirmation if you do, you have to go through the same screening processes though
3. ALL AIRLINES will allow adult(s) to accompany children to gate - no problem - Just make the request to passenger check-in desk - Explain that you need to assist the mother -
